Our minds are the only limit ✨

Life is hard for 2 reasons :


- Either because you're leaving your comfort zone and it is very hard

- Or because you're staying in that comfort zone.


When you are suffering it means you are not following your blueprint (purpose).

When you are on the right track / or path, life becomes easier, you receive lots of signs and synchronicities, everything is flowing more than usual.

You will still encounter challenges for your evolution of course - but, it will be challenges you will choose, and challenges that will keep you motivated because those challenges, will be the ones that will help you get closer to your objectives, closer your ideal lifestyle and not those that will keep you away from your happiness.


Can you see the difference ? Would you recognize these different types of challenges ?


When you know WHY, you are doing what your are doing - you let go of the fear of the unknown, you just keep striving and nourishing that growth mindset to reach your highest potential / best version of yourself :)


EHFAR LIFE Mindset is all about empowering you to believe that struggles are strength.

EHFAR means, one day, you’ll finally understand WHY you had to go through all this.

EHFAR means, one day you’ll finally get WHY it was necessary!

EHFAR means, one day, you’ll be able to SEE that :


EVERYTHING Happens For A Reason!


Use your challenges as an engine to push through like a caterpillar does - until it becomes that beautiful butterfly that has developed his wings - through discomfort - in order to reach new heights.


Just like the butterfly, become that person that transforms suffering in the process of growing - into a beautiful metamorphosis, up to the opportunity to fly.


Develop patience and surrender when you are in the middle of that harsh moment that seems never ending - because - the growth and transformation is happening in that cocoon.


If you do not put ACTIONS in place to move forward towards that blueprint, you'll be experimenting suffering instead of metamorphosis.


Suffering is the sign that you need to evolve. Because deep inside you are unhappy.

You body speaks, your emotions are linked to your body - listen to them. Follow them and breakthrough.


You have 2 choices in life :


- Whether, confusion & frustration are fuels and announce perfect timings to learn something new, to change something inside you that does not serve you anymore, to let go of a situation where you are in resistance mode for a too long period of time.


- Whether, you'll decide that confusion & frustration are enemies, you'll decide that life is against you and you'll let yourself die inside that pupa ( pupa is the life stage of some insects undergoing transformation between immature and mature stages).


When struggling :


If you believe you can achieve it then you'll see it, and not the other way around.


When problems become challenges, it is totally up to you to decide the risk you are willing to take to overcome them.


To change life, CHAOS is required.


- Ask yourself : Where in my life my automatic behaviors are in opposition with the life I wanna create ?


Let's stop saying we have a problem - let's instead take responsibility in realizing how that strategy of self - sabotaging has helped us so far to protect us from something or keep up in a toxic environment in the past - and from here, what do we want to achieve ?


- What's is that blocker ? Try to think about real examples from the past - how this behavior has helped you to survive and list all the reasons you do not need it anymore.


- How can you take that responsibility and make yourself feel SAFE instead of expecting it from the outside - create it inside you.


- How would you like to look at things differently today and moving froward ?


When you find yourself beating yourself up with negative thinking, ask yourself :


- Is the story you are on repeat productive for the person you want to become, the goals you want to achieve or the life change you are aiming for ?

- Repeat to yourself : "Leave the dramas for Netflix".

- Ask yourself, which need(s) are you serving when you are in this state of mind that does not serve you. As human beings we have 6 fundamental needs : check this video & read this article.

- Ask yourself; what are the 3 emotions that are ruling your life right now and what are the 3 emotions you'd like to feel ideally to be happy and fulfilled ?


Use these emotions to create the life you want - there's always a need behind an emotion; spend more quality time exploring yourself, introspecting until you figure out what you are actually missing instead of loosing time complaining and staying where you are at.

Develop that emotional intelligence by any resource that suits you the best - in order to develop self-confidence, and stop letting yourself drawn each time you're impressed by a wave that seems bigger.


It is only your imagination, beliefs, past experiences that make you see that wave at the size you choose to.


The action to take is pretty easy at the end - you accept to take action and go under water before that wave crashes into your face and takes you in that washing machine. And when it does take you into that washing machine, because we cannot be conscious at all times - the secret is just to LET GO, do not fight or freak out - just let yourself be brought back to the surface - it will happen for sure. It just takes a bit of courage and faith.


GOOD TIMES CREATE WEAK PEOPLE

BAD TIMES CREATE STRONG PEOPLE

STRONG PEOPLE CREATE GOOD TIMES


When things are too easy, people get weak. Because it is the human race - people get easily bored.

When they get bored - they loose sense And when you loose sense, you stay in that suffer and negative thinking vicious circle and trust me - no one is going to rescue you. You'll get tougher and tougher challenges until you take that responsibility.

And no worries;, rest assured that, life is not that tough : it only gives you challenges you can handle, no matter how hard they may seem. You only receive challenges you have the solution within you, the key inside you.


When doubting, ask yourself :

- Am I showing myself weak in this situation or am I trying to be strong ?

- What can I do to create these good times for my life, my family, my relationships, my work...

- What baby step can I take TODAY to get out of my comfort zone ?

- How am I going to take myself accountable for taking action ? How can I take back my responsibility to get out of that situation ?

- What is a pattern interrupter I could use to stop practicing that unhealthy habit or stop nourishing that unhealthy thought for me ?

- What fears can I let go of that are trying to keep me safe but harming me mostly ? How is that fear blocking me from moving forward in my life and business ?


IS YOUR FEAR FUEL OR POSION ?


People transform from one identity to another by going through these steps :


1- Satisfied mindset - fullness, that feeling when you ate too much and you are too lazy to move, you are not motivated anymore to do extra efforts and keep up with that GROWTH Mindset where you are.

2- Dissatisfaction Mindset - starting to be triggered, you do not know what it is but you clearly feel the discomfort where you are and negative sensations start polluting your everyday life.

3- Emotional breakdown - Realization, decision making process, starts. ( victim vs responsible)

4- New identity and alignment are willing to take place - Revelation, next step.
