How to deal with Emotions ? ✨

Emotions, this gift considered as a curse ...
We can't control our emotions but we can take charge if our actions every day.
Emotions are there to show you the truth.
Enjoying the little things, facing challenges with a positive outlook , finding yourself & your people, are key to happiness.

For years I hated myself for feeling everything so deeply. It really felt like a curse.
The biggest dilemma we are facing is allowing ourselves to sit with our feelings and experiencing them.
To let it flow through you, to just observe them without judgment and let it happen as it needs to happen.
At the time, and as an hyper-sensitive - I did not realise I was just focusing on things that were not my belonging nor making me feel good. Since feeling just good, was not familiar to me in the past, I kinda started running away from it.
Every time you feel overwhelmed, imagine this :
You had the possibility to go to earth for a short amount of time and experience every emotion that you could possibly feel as a human - to have all all these experiences : love, heartbreak, anxiety, euphoria, joy, peace... would you wanna do that ? Hell yes.
So when I am feeling these intense feelings is sort of a reality check to step outside and realise that even if this is a very uncomfortable, painful situation right now its quite beautiful that I have the capacity to FEEL and experience it.
I am so lucky to feel to the extend that I feel.
Always think about it when you are in a place of darkness. Some people, feel nothing and live with that void until they decide to reconnect to their emotions.
And believe me this is the worse case scenario; when you shut down your emotions for too long. But I'll speak about it on another post.
I call it now a privilege for feeling so strongly, blessed - to enjoy the little things in a very intense way.
Always nourish your optimism in doing what you feel is right for you, practice brain workout with your thoughts 💭 in selecting what you want to nourish and let grow. Or go...
Yes, feeling everything is overwhelming sometimes but every emotion has a message, listen to it - what does it say? Emotions are actually there to keep you in movement and to heal you, so just accept them as they come and let yourself be guided by them for a change, not directed by them to stay on a "victime mode" and stay in a situation that keeps you feeling disempowered.
